Refund policy
You may return one or more products within 15 days of delivery, for any reason provided that the items are:

in their original packaging,

unused,

unpersonalized (if customization was an option).
Return Shipping Costs

Free returns only apply for damaged products, regardless of shipping origin.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for all other returns initiated from outside Italy.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at the email address contact@romanticadesign.com, indicating: order number, product(s) to return, and reason for return (photos required).

Upon approval, we will notify you via email with instructions. For damaged items, we will send you a prepaid return label; otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Refunds include the cost of standard shipping, but exclude any customs duties or taxes incurred.
